Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll and ensuring that it is processed in a timely manner
  • Respond to and resolve any payroll queries
  • Assist in payroll calculations and statutory deductions
  • Assist in tax calculations
  • Calculate any statutory payments
  • Work closely with clients and understanding their payroll requirements
  • Register any new PAYEs
  • General office responsibilities such as answering any incoming calls
  • Any other duties when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience (including accountancy practice experience)
  • Strong experience using SAGE *essential
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
