What you will be responsible for

As EMEA Head of Securities Finance Client Management you will

• Create and execute the Client Management strategy for EMEA
• Contributes to financial budgets and drives execution against clearly defined revenue, expense and milestones;
• Manage an experienced team of client managers, including all necessary administrative tasks;
• Work to grow client securities lending revenue by expanding the range of Finance (and Global Markets, or State Street, at-large) services;
• Represents State Street in key industry forums relating to securities financing
• Understand securities lending market dynamics, anticipate any potential client impact, engage with and manage clients accordingly;

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• BA (Hons) Degree Financial Services
• 15+ years of financial services experience
• 10+ years of securities finance experience
• At least five years of client-facing experience
• Experience managing a team
• Clear communication is essential – excellent speaking and writing skills are a must
• Ability of foster strong internal and external relationships
• Highly organized and strong analytical capability
• Strong sense of client ownership and responsibility
• Ability to drive growth
