Creating and sending out clients’ annual Confirmation Statements
Tidying of books for year-end work
Simple self-assessment tax returns
Assist in the preparation of the month end management accounts and board reports.
Assist in the preparation of reports for other departments.
Review and update spreadsheets where necessary to account for changes in process changes. Also ensure that the associated procedure notes are updated.
Preparation of adhoc analysis for the Finance team as required.
Assist with the accounting for subsidiary companies.
Assist with the preparation of the quarterly VAT return.
Liaise and deal with queries from internal and external auditors.

Experience in Xero and QuickBooks (Desirable not essential)
Excellent spoken and written English (Desirable not essential)
