Job Description
  • To provide full monthly management 
  • Responsible for the balance sheet
  • Maintaining all ledgers
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Assisting with annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Treasury
  • Overseeing the monthly sales invoices to ensure they are accurate and timely
  • Oversee monthly payroll
  • Year end accounts and VAT reporting
  • Inter-company transactions
  • Constantly looking to make efficiencies and automate processes where possible
  • Assist and support Head of Finance with ad hoc duties
  • Continually drive and improve reporting, processes and systems, promoting an analytical and detailed approach

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Full professional accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
  • Minimum five years’ experience in management accounts
  • Solid understanding of the balance sheet and reconciliations
  • Experience of group reporting
  • Self-starter, who can pick up tasks quickly and understand the bigger picture
  • Commercial understanding and business acumen
  • Advanced working knowledge Google Suite and advanced Excel
  • Advanced working knowledge of Xero
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines and support the business within a busy environment
  • IT / Consultancy industry experience would be a preference, although not a necessity
  • Experience of processing payroll and dealing with employee payroll queries
