                        Job Description
                        
	- Process retail invoices and Wholesale invoices into Xero
- Actively monitor and follow up outstanding debtors
- Process vendor invoices - including managing invoice workflows
- Review and propose weekly payment based on due date and cashflow
- Complete physical vendor payments
- Bank account and credit card reconciliations
- All standard monthly entries including monthly sales, accruals, prepayments etc
- All Intercompany invoicing and alignment across the group
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Maintain Fixed assets Ledger
- Preparation of draft monthly Financials for Manager review
- Daily Sales reporting
- Assist in collating appropriate data for Finance Manager for margin, cost and tracking analysis
- Adhoc tasks as required by business and management
- Process Improvements for group businesses; including implementation
