Job Description
  • Process retail invoices and Wholesale invoices into Xero
  • Actively monitor and follow up outstanding debtors
  • Process vendor invoices - including managing invoice workflows
  • Review and propose weekly payment based on due date and cashflow
  • Complete physical vendor payments
  • Bank account and credit card reconciliations
  • All standard monthly entries including monthly sales, accruals, prepayments etc
  • All Intercompany invoicing and alignment across the group
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Maintain Fixed assets Ledger
  • Preparation of draft monthly Financials for Manager review
  • Daily Sales reporting
  • Assist in collating appropriate data for Finance Manager for margin, cost and tracking analysis
  • Adhoc tasks as required by business and management
  • Process Improvements for group businesses; including implementation
