Job Description
  • Process all ledger entries including supplier invoices, credit card transactions, forex, accruals and prepayments.
  •  Check all supplier invoices have appropriate documentation.
  •  Process bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations.
  •  Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis of variances between budgeted and actual costs

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Two years minimum experience in finance including purchase ledger and foreign currency transactions.
  • AAT or a qualification in bookkeeping useful.
  •  Computer literate - excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Language skills - Good reading, writing and speaking level of English.
