Job Description
A Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level, quant-leaning researcher is required for a role in the Financial Services team, covering projects across wealth management, retail banking, credit cards and insurance. Managing small project teams, you will have the opportunity to manage client relationships as well as getting involved in proposal writing, brainstorming and thought leadership. This role involves both ad hoc quant and tracking and the opportunity to get involved in mixed-methods and qual work too.
Salary & Benefits:
£45,000 – £53,000 per annum. The package includes perks around health & wellbeing as well as an unlimited holiday allowance.

The Associate Director in the Financial Services team can expect to do an extremely varied role – it will play to an individual’s strengths, whilst offering training and support where required. The team is friendly and inclusive, well-established and well-regarded in the industry.
The company is fast-paced and non-hierarchical and offers plenty of potential for career progression. They have beautiful central-London offices, but have a very flexible approach towards remote working.
