Job Description
  • Entering, processing and reconciling invoices
  • Paying invoices on both sides of ledger
  • Chasing outstanding payments from clients and suppliers
  • VAT returns
  • Balancing the company accounts
  • Managing staff expenses
  • Assisting with payrolI
  • Preparing the company’s cash flow statements
  • Bank statement reconciliation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience
  • Comfortable using Quickbooks and Sage
  • Previously worked for a small business and managing all aspects of transactional finance
  • Strong communication skills, as you will need to liaise with client via phone and email
  • Happy to work in a busy role and manage workload accordingly
  • Ability to priorities task and work close with team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
