Job Description

Position holds full responsibility for External Reporting of the business - in both US GAAP and IFRS. Key accountability in ensuring compliant and accurate reporting of business results.
Key responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly filings (10Q and 10k) coordinating across multiple geographies to ensure fully compliant accounting and disclosures.
• Oversee production of IFRS Reporting Pack for Group Filings.
• Ensure technical adherence of all subsidiaries through accounting policy maintenance and updates as well as providing critical accounting advice as required.
• Key integration point with external auditors
• Oversee Outsourced Statutory Accounting preparation for multiple Holding companies
• Coordinate and align accounting approach with Group Accounting function
• Leadership and development of team of 4 (2 managers and 1 associate)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully qualified accountant experienced in US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in Top 10 Accounting Firm. University degree.
• Ability to communicate across geographies and at all levels in the organization to both technically minded individuals and non-accountants.
• High level problem solving and investigative capabilities.
• Collaborative team-player with coaching approach to team leadership
