Job Description
  • The Bookkeeper will look after a variety of client accounts supporting businesses to ensure that they are compliant, VAT ready, and all record keeping relating to sales and bought ledger is up to date.
  • There is some payroll work - supporting businesses to prepare small to medium weekly and monthly payroll runs accurately and on time.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong Excel users
  • Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and Sage would be ideal
  • Good communicators and will enjoy speaking to clients on the phone
  • Detail focused with ability to produce accurate work.
  • Experienced in a similar bookkeeping role recently
  • Qualified by experience and or possess AAT qualifications
  • Able to work in the office full time.
  • Ideally have experience working in a practice setting.
