Job Description

This role involves liaising with internal and external parties, scheduling in training courses for various organisations and individuals, checking through all qualifications and ensuring they are up to date.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Taking telephone and email enquiries from external clients
  • Liaising with clients to schedule in training courses
  • Checking all qualifications and certificates are valid and up to date
  • Updating databases and systems with new information
  • Processing all paperwork, including the filing and storage of key documentation
  • Undertaking any additional administration duties

The team is extremely dynamic, and the ideal candidate must be able to adapt and support the them with a positive attitude towards their work! It is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a good work ethic, and the ability to manage their own workload efficiently. This role is initially a temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right individual.
