You will be expected to assist the rest of the team with both sides of the ledger, month-end processes, and creating various different financial reports.
Duties for the Assistant Accountant:
- Accurately raising sales ledger invoices.
- Making sure that all accounts reflect the most accurate information at all times.
- Monitoring and reporting variances, risks and opportunities in all transactions.
- Guaranteeing no account is out of budget or formal approval.
- Completing daily reconciliations on various accounts.
- Handling internal and external queries.
- Assisting Management Accounts with Month-End reporting processes.
- Guaranteeing constant information flow, allowing all external partners to operate as efficiently as possible.
- Working closely with all internal teams to guarantee maximum profitability.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
