Job Description
This is a great opportunity to start your career in a finance environment and will cover a range of functions including reception, administration, accounting, and bookkeeping.
A broad range of accounting and finance tasks will be undertaken to provide experience across our activities. Once trained, duties will include:
- Supporting other team members when required
- Data entry
- Processing receipts
- Reconciling client statements
- Maintaining administration records
- Sales invoicing
- Credit control functions
- Maintaining customer records
- Processing client payments
- Month-end reports
- Understanding and use of the various accounting and other software in use (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Free agent etc. as required)
- Assisting in finance and other duties, including and very importantly, client liaison
- Providing telephone support
Hours per week 37.5
Working week Monday - Friday; 9.00am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch
