Job Description

The organization is growing, due to the performance of the schools that are part of the group already. This role will look to build a strong finance team that can support this growth and provide an excellent service to the rest of the organization.

• Lead the finance team of around 10
• Lead on all key yearly events including year-end and annual budgeting
• Work on financial planning for the group, supporting the executive team
• Drive strong financial control across all schools
• Improve all systems as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You will be a strong finance leader that has a full accountancy qualification. In addition, you will have worked across non-finance to provide decision making support on a regular basis.
