Job Description
  • Full QuickBooks management, debtors, creditors, VAT returns and corporation tax.
  • Company budget forecasting and financial planning.
  • Financial monitoring including staff cost ratio, productivity analysis, client longevity, staff retention, sector analysis and training spend per person.
  • Liaising with the accountancy firm who manage payroll, pension, gender pay gap analysis and management accounts.
  • Preparing client, supplier, freelancer and employee contracts.
  • Supporting the directors by creating and approving client budgets, managing the agency’s pricing guidelines and templates, and supporting procurement processes.
  • Staff onboarding including employee references, payroll forms

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Professional bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications.
  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and professional.
  • Sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • An eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Correct grammar and the appropriate use of punctuation.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm when dealing with all clients, employees and suppliers.
  • Sensitive when handling confidential information.
  • An understanding of the consultancy sector would be ideal.
