Company budget forecasting and financial planning.
Financial monitoring including staff cost ratio, productivity analysis, client longevity, staff retention, sector analysis and training spend per person.
Liaising with the accountancy firm who manage payroll, pension, gender pay gap analysis and management accounts.
Preparing client, supplier, freelancer and employee contracts.
Supporting the directors by creating and approving client budgets, managing the agency’s pricing guidelines and templates, and supporting procurement processes.
Staff onboarding including employee references, payroll forms
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications.
Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, self-motivated and professional.
Sense of responsibility and integrity.
An eye for detail with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Correct grammar and the appropriate use of punctuation.
Demonstrate enthusiasm when dealing with all clients, employees and suppliers.
Sensitive when handling confidential information.
