To assist with the bookkeeping which includes the posting of sales income and expenditure from various software sources
Bank reconciliations which may also include different factoring or invoice discount accounts
To identify and communicate anomalies on the sales and purchase ledgers and ensure these are adjusted in a timely manner
During busy periods, assisting the team with other duties such as payroll and timesheet portal duties
To liaise with all clients in an efficient and professional manner at all times, proactively informing clients of key deadlines and liabilities when they fall due
To build and maintain excellent relationships with all clients
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Accountancy practice experience is required
End-to-end knowledge of Xero and Sage accounts is a desired from a software perspective
Competent using all Microsoft Office applications
Able to work well under pressure both alone and in a team environment
Able to communicate effectively and with a high standard of professionalism and integrity
Able to manage own work and priorities as necessary
