Job Description
  • Grow and develop a NFR Risk Services business practice supporting Banking and other Financial Services clients, to deliver or exceed ambitious business growth targets in partnership with the wider NFR Leadership team
  • Contribute through delivery of own specific KPIs across revenue / P&L, profitability and margin, client franchise and business development
  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive client business opportunity discussions through to deal success
  • Contribute directly as a practitioner through billable time spent on client engagements, through direct management of client engagement teams, and through direct client advisory work
  • Ensure client service delivery in accordance with quality guidelines and methodologies
  • Develop the NFR Practice organization and people, in line with business aspirations and growth, through clearly aligned operating model (roles and responsibilities), and investment in our people through employee engagement, training and development
  • Engage with the industry and wider client base to position the CRISIL brand and business more clearly in the Non-Financial Risk industry services domain. Develop whitepapers/ consultation documents/ articles on emerging issues and themes in the risk and regulatory space
  • Ensure and maintain robust policies, procedures and processes within the NFR business practice, aligned to the overall CRISIL and S&P Global frameworks
  • Respond swiftly to regulatory changes or industry developments
  • Be flexible and ready to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and clients. Contribute directly, and in a manner that goes “beyond role spec” to CRISIL remaining a great place to work

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • In commercial business growth including client franchise development, revenue delivery and growth, setting and meeting or exceeding targets 
  • In management of costs and resources to deliver sustainable profitable growth
  • In a Banking Enterprise environment and/or experience in consulting services provision to such domains 
  • Partnering with clients to improve their risk profile and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape by developing risk management strategies to strengthen their existing controls and processes
  • Exposure across various banking products and business lines 
  • Has achieved high levels of personal and team performance whilst working to tight deadlines within an evolving environment
  • Has developed and applied / maintained effective governance frameworks at a practice level 
  • Has successfully delivered client campaigns / go-to-market in a Risk Management environment
  • Has developed, delivered and maintained consistent Sales / Client Support and Training in a technical service or product environment 
  • Has worked successfully in at least two global jurisdictions and demonstrated the ability to deliver business success in a complex, multi-cultural and multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Appropriate and relevant academic and professional qualifications

  • Mobile / able to travel up to 20% of time
