Job Description

HOURS OF WORK ARE 8.30AM-5.30PM MONDAY - FRIDAY WITH AN HOURS LUNCH BREAK.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PAYROLL EXPERIENCE AND BE USED TO PAYING LARGE NUMBERS OF WEEKLY PAID STAFF.

DUTIES INCLUDE : SENDING OUT TIMESHEETS, INPUTTING NEW STARTER DETAILS, INPUTTING HOURS AND CHECKING AGAINST TOTALS, ANSWERING PAYROLL QUERIES BOTH VIA EMAIL AND OVER THE PHONE. DEALING WITH HOLIDAYS, PENSIONS AND SICKNESS PAYMENTS.

A KEEN EYE FOR DETAIL AND ACCURACY IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have Payroll experience
