Job Description

Working alongside other regional Heads of Asset Investment and the Head of Asset Management you will play a key role in leading Innovation and Communication strategies within Investment Delivery.

You’ll be accountable for the operating and financial results against delegated plans and budgets to ensure cost efficiency for the Group and will forecast against a 5 year investment programme budget and maintain a rolling detailed 18 month programme defined within borough areas and aligned to asset strategies.

Working with the Group Executives, you’ll define short and long-term objectives, identifying how delivery of investment plans can support and align to the aims to achieve the Groups objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful, you’ll need demonstrable experience in the delivery of large complex asset investment plans across multiple regions. You’ll have sound experience of working in partnership arrangements with an open book contract cost model to deliver complex plans to high levels of customer satisfaction, on time and within budget. We’re looking for someone with a solid understanding of the social housing environment, excellent stakeholder management skills and substantial experience in Project Management/managing teams particularly across multiple locations.
