Job Description

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Daily revenue reporting
  • Weekly revenue reporting
  • Ensure all reports are in line with group guidelines
  • Ensure all periodical reports are consistent and reconciled
  • Support the Financial Reporting Manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
  • Monitor budget performance vs. actual
  • Year on year performance analysis of the group companies
  • Monitor cost trends & prepare analyses of General Ledger and other accounts
  • The successful candidate will be working in a fast-changing environment and will therefore be expected to undertake other appropriate duties as required

Working week Days: 

  • Mon to Fri 08:30 to 17:00 (inclusive of 1 hour unpaid lunch break).
  • Hours per week 37.5

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Five GCSE’s Grade 4 or above including English and Math.
  • Training to be provided
  • Level 3 AAT (Hybrid L2/3)
  • Training with Milton Keynes College
  • Ongoing training, support and development with the employer
  • Things to consider
  • Potential permanent position within the Group Reporting team, with opportunities to study ACCA/ CIMA after apprenticeship completion.
  • Attention to detail, proactive, ability to act on own initiative, MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
