What will be your key deliverables?

• Owing company's KPIs integrity and review/action monthly kpi review and action plans monitoring
• Define costing methodology
• Define powerful dashboards e.g., less is more, time serious and rollout throughout pladis
• Train SC Finance community
• Ensure data integrity/quality
• Lead transfer pricing process
• Lead finance drumbeat processes e.g., strat plan, budget, estimates
• Run SC performance process covering both EBIT and Cash improvement
• Follow commodity risk management and its compliance with company governance rules
• Makes best practice visible across pladis
• Lead SC QBR meetings
• Optimize Network utilization in line with business needs and services consideration
• Define and implement transfer pricing
• Assist sourcing team with robust analysis
• Process and tracking of authorizations and cash
• Ensure seamless interface between company and CFO
• Provide superior decision support insights
• Be SC representative inf Finance community
• Ensure compliance with our finance policies
