Global organization, fantastic place to work, interesting opportunity to be part for a company divestment. Given the fluid nature of mergers and acquisitions, the Interim Financial Accountant will be responsible for some or all of the following:

• Take a lead with month end reporting including balance sheet reconciliations, analysis and reporting.
• Supporting with the year-end activities including statutory reporting for acquired business.
• Supporting the Financial Controller with year-end audit process.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• The interim Financial Accountant will need to be fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• Experience in year-end/ statutory account preparation willingness to get involved in a broad variety of work depending on the nature of the integration.
• Right to Work in UK is required.
