To payroll temporary workers on a weekly basis in an accurate and timely manner and ensure our customers are invoiced accurately.
* Administer and produce weekly payroll for processing essential information in the form of individual timesheets
* Invoicing clients
* Liaising between clients and temporary workers
* Timesheet hours analysis
* Inputting temporary worker details onto computer system
* Answering the telephone - professional & clear speaking
* Handling invoice and payroll queries
* Processing invoices for suppliers
* General office duties faxing/filing/photocopying
* Excel/Word/Email
* Manage Working Time Systems
As a Payroll Administrator you must be able to communicate clearly and effectively maintaining a patient and friendly manner at all times. Being a good ' people person' you will have good customer service skills.
You must be able to work within the surroundings of a very busy office environment , work to deadlines with impeccable time management.
Previous experience of working with payroll advantageous.
