Job Description

In this role you will be an expert in providing financial information, advice, guidance, and can build effective relationships to support staff across the organization in achieving key objectives and maximizing the impact of our profit. The role is broad in nature and although the key focus of the role is planning & reporting. You are also expected to support pulling the various presentational packs and contributing to insightful commentary.

You are expected to develop and monitor financial information and provide analysis and insight on financial performance. This insight includes supporting our stakeholders developing their budgets and forecasts and monitoring these against actual costs whilst considering and evaluating the impact of risks on budgets. You also expected to challenge their thinking and helping them to make informed decisions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Understand the interrelationships between key drivers and data across systems
  • Extract and analyze multiple sources and large volumes of data
  • Demonstrable track record of providing value adding financial information
  • Make improvements to current processes and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Part or Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)
  • Experience working in a finance business partner role (or similar)
  • Advanced in Excel
  • Accomplished in budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Communicates effectively at all levels within the organization
