Your overall purpose is to help bring to life our shared commitment: - ‘Creating exceptional experiences at Unity Place for tenants, stakeholders and the local community. It is imperative that Unity Place is positioned for success in attracting the desired target audiences to experience the various outlets and event spaces, adding value to all stakeholders within Unity Place and raising the bar on guest experiences within the visitor attraction and workplace sectors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with varied experience in accounting roles Experience of leading, motivating and developing a finance team Experience of business partnering senior stakeholders with the ability to challenge, influence and persuade at all levels High numeric and analytical skills and attention to detail Comfortable developing and working with complex spreadsheets Demonstrable commercial finance experience of improving business results and adding value Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate oral and written information concisely and logically Ability to analise, evaluate and present information in a clear and concise way.
