Job Description

This Finance Director role is an exciting one, reporting directly into the CFO and leading the entire finance function of 30 people. This Finance Director role offers wide scope and opportunity for company growth. This role will also have 6 direct reports to assist in responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Management of the finance team in London and overseas.
• Challenge the project accountants to improve efficiencies and identify opportunities to achieve stronger commercial outcomes.
• Develop, maintain, and implement policies and procedures to ensure strong financial management of the company.
• Provide reporting and guidance on the financial health of the business to leadership to enable decision making. Regular reporting to the Executive Board.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ACA qualified (or overseas equivalent)
• Experience working within a global company.
• Experience of leading a team.
