This is an exciting and varied role in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management - providing accounting, auditing, and taxation services to clients
• Delegation of client related work to internal, external, and/or statutory deadlines
• Promotion of the firm's product to existing and prospective clients
• Team Management - development of Audit and Accounts seniors and trainees through coaching and mentorship
• Operate alongside the senior management to recommend areas for policy and efficiency improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• ICAEW or ACCA Qualified
• 3 years PQE in a similar practice role
• Staff management experience
• Strong academic background e.g., degree-educated
• Experience of reviewing and overseeing a variety of accounting assignments under FRS 102, FRS 102 Section 1A, and FRS 105
• Exceptional technical competence and experience
