Job Description

This Private Equity firm is searching for a high caliber Financial Controller to join their UK operations. With a significant presence across the globe, they have invested in many top businesses that are prevalent in today's world.
This role will be responsible for the day to day management of key entities, driving processes and system enhancements as well as providing tangible insights to support with key decision making. Other responsibilities include:

• Lead, manage and inspire a small team
• Reporting and oversight of one of their key business segments
• Support with their key budgeting framework and ensure maintenance of accurate forecasting
• Manage financial audits, compliance and corporate governance activities as required
• Partner with key corporate functions relating to any ad-hoc finance projects

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

This role will suit someone coming from a Chartered and Private Equity industry background. CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent with 5+ years PQE, experience working in a corporate reporting environment with knowledge of consolidations is highly sought after.
