Job Description
  • Month end close activities, including accruals and prepayments
  • Preparation of a management information pack, including variance analysis
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Management of the annual audit process including preparation of statutory accounts under FRS 102

Due to a recent influx in acquisitions, the business is now in a position where they need to bring in a previously outsourced accounting function in house and are looking to hire a Finance Manager help make this a reality. You will be looking after 15 entities (at present), establish and improve processes and manage a small but growing team. This is a great opportunity to really make your mark on a business in early stages of exponential growth!


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Hands on experience across management accounting (month end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journals etc.)
  • Experience producing statutory accounts as part of the annual audit
  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups etc.)
  • Proven experience with process improvements and/or automations
