Job Description
- Responding to all supplier and internal payment queries
- Enter all vendor invoices into Finance system (400+ invoices monthly)
- Ensure all vendor invoices receives are approved for payment run
- Working with other departments to ensure supplier invoices
- Liaising with suppliers on a monthly basis to ensure reconciliation of accounts
- Assistance with multicurrency weekly pay runs for SFM review and approval
- Review and process expense reports
- Assistance with new vendor set up in finance system
- Working with other finance team members on ad hoc work
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Good basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Very Strong attention to detail
- IT literate, including good operational knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Solid experience using Excel - VLOOKUP, PivotTable etc.
