Job Description
- Preparation of consolidated accounts and financial statements
- Liaising with group tax advisers on compliance and planning issues
- Preparation of consolidation and group journals
- Managing intergroup positions
- Participation in financial integration workstreams
- Preparation for audit
- Liaising with group company financial personnel
- Assisting with financial systems upgrades
- Assistance with preparation of group forecasts
- Group cash management and cash flow
- Co-ordination of group filings
- Ad hoc assistance on group matters
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong technical skills in financial accounting, forecasting, multiple entity accounting
- Strong Excel skills
- Understanding of tax and transfer pricing issues
- ACA/ACCA qualification
- Minimum of 3 years experience gained in a multiple entity environment
- Knowledge of a range of accounting packages. CCH, Xero, Sage Intacct preferable but not essential
