Responsibilities:

• Deliver on annual reporting requirements for the financial statements
• Work in conjunction with Group Financial Accountant to provide clear, accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring external financial reporting compliance.
• Work with the Group Financial Accountant to develop the controls framework within the group for Senior Accounting compliance.
• Work within a framework of financial controllership and reporting, ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed and reporting timeframes are adhered to.
• Assist in preparation of reports and analysis, including capital allowances, to meet Corp Tax QIPS submission and payments on a timely basis, including building a review process of quarterly submissions for Group FD.
• Complete annual compliance requirements
• Provide analytical support on other adhoc tasks to support the Group Financial Accountant and Group Finance team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA
• An understanding of IFRS, Corporation Tax, internal audit and fixed assets
• Process improvements to ensure drive towards efficiencies
• Interacting with non-financial staff and managers
