You will need to be qualified [ideally from practice] with extensive management accounting skills gained from working in the Real Estate investment industry. Duties:

• Manage a team of management accountants
• Oversight of the monthly management accounts
• Oversight of the monthly financial analysis
• Responsibility for the company's budgeting and forecasting
• Subsequent performance monitoring against the budget and forecast
• Business partnering and stakeholder management with budget holders
• Use of financial analysis for strategic input into business decisions

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A recognized accounting qualification
• Experience of working in the RE investment industry
• Strong leadership skills with specific management experience
• Extensive budgeting and forecasting skills
