We are currently working with an award winning marketing services agency part of one of the leading global networks who are looking to hire a Commercial Finance Director to join their already established finance team. Responsibilities include:

• Leading contract and rate negotiations with a number of the business high profile clients
• Working closely with a number of the businesses finance / non-finance key senior stakeholders
• Leading the agency pricing, reviewing client rate cards and benchmarking new business rate cards
• Working closely with procurement teams on new business pitches
• Managing and improving client profitability, working closely with client leadership teams to maximize profitability
• Manage and develop the current commercial finance team and look to build out the wider team as the business grows
• Own and present the quarterly revenue forecast to global leads
• Ensure any variance from revenue target is flagged early and explained clearly with appropriate action taken
• Produce and review staff utilization reports with department leads
• Key contact for internal audit on Commercial matters
• Work closely with the new business teams to ensure pipelining is up to date and in line with business targets

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• CIMA, ACA, ACCA Qualified.
• Experience in the Media & Marketing services sector preferable
• Proven background within commercial finance
• Financial and commercial acumen when undertaking financial reviews and assessments; applying judgment and providing direction on outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Evidenced excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
