Job Description

The company are seeking a permanent Financial Controller/ Finance Director to join their outgoing finance team. This is an amazing opportunity for a FC/FD who wants to work closely with a CEO and CFO. This position will be the number 1 role within the team and will monitor and maintain financial strategy and performance as well as meeting all legal obligations.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Identifying risk and performance
• Set targets for all finance staff
• Oversee all audit controls
• Prepare reports on financial performance
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts
• Developing financial strategy

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Similar experience in a previous role or looking for a step up into a similar role
• Experience in providing commerciality, stakeholders and board members
• Analytical mind-set
