The Accounts Assistant role is a temporary position for the next 3 months. You will have the opportunity to look after:
Balance sheet account reconciliations
Preparation of spreadsheet analysis
Posting of credit card transactions
Monthly bank account reconciliations
Posting of periodic payroll information
Maintaining Finance office cashbook
General finance duties as required
Cover for the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable functions as required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Have previous experience in Bank reconciliation/general ledger Have a good understating of general bookkeeping Be confident on excel Be available to consider a temporary role
