Job Description
  • Be a first point of contact for customers coming into office
  • Direct customers both in person and by telephone to relevant point of contact
  • Handle inbound calls, prioritizing messages and answering queries where possible
  • Display excellent interpersonal, interdepartmental skills and teamwork
  • Support accounts function with input of daily invoices to Sage 50 system
  • Support ordering of supplies via online supplier portal (order management)
  • Support Product purchase ordering
  • Booking in of contact deliveries
  • Learning of military Uniforms and Regiments
  • Courier Dispatching
  • Manage two email accounts
  • Manage appointments and team reminders for online calendar and diary
  • Support colleagues with ad hoc duties as required
  • Ad hoc admin duties to support team as required
  • Support work on bespoke in-house systems and custom software as used by our client

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident customer service approach
  • Accurate and fast data entry into Sage 50 system
  • Good standard of MS Office systems, email, and internet
  • Able to professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Team player and flexible work approach
  • Able to multitask and manage own time and workload, prioritizing as necessary
  • Able to work independently and use own judgement
