The team work across strategy, operations and improvement as well as at a transactional and defined project level. You’ll be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you’ll also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and BDO’s Partners to enable us to serve our clients effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to our clients.
You'll be working closely with our partner and the senior team where you’ll initially learn our methodologies and quality control procedures, and be trained in the use of our various model analysis tools. You'll also

  • Manage staff to undertake the review of the detailed underlying model formulae
  • Review the queries raised for the client
  • Undertake or supervising the high-level ‘analytical review’ work
  • Business development and account management activities
  • Responsibility for the drafting of reports
  • Overseeing the testing of sensitivities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent
  • Experience of managing Financial Model Audits over the whole engagement lifecycle
  • Good project management skills and a desire to take ownership of their work
  • A confident self- starter who contributes ideas and shares an interest in helping to grow the business and to grow with it
  • Business development and account management experience
  • Excellent commercial skills and judgment
  • An eye for detail and strong logical and technical skills, including advanced Excel
