Ensure all financial details are recorded accurately.
Ensuring that all monies received and expended on behalf of company clients are accounted for correctly
Assist with the production of annual service charge statements, ensuring that the results are accurate, timely and correctly reflect the prevailing accounting standards
Develop relationships with the key stakeholders both external and internal to improve communication and ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of service charge statements.
Updating and maintaining the property management accounting systems and other databases
Issuing of sales invoices for lettings, management fees and other income.
Input of expenditure onto Qube system.
Supplier payments both client and corporate
Setting up new developments in Qube to include reviewing and coordinating the set-up of the service charges.
Ensuring New suppliers meet our criteria and setting them up on the database, ensuring that database is kept up to date
Allocation of incoming queries via workflow.
Landlord payments and queries.
Liaising with leaseholders and clients regarding service charge and rental accounting queries, ensuring that they are logged on Qube and updated through to closure.
A polite and professional approach to communicating with customers is essential.
Ensure compliance with the companies policies, procedures, constitution, and financial regulations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory bodies as well as with best practice principles.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful candidate will have good grade GCSE in Maths and English, ideally be educated to A Level standards or have 2 years relevant work experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail is essential along with a friendly customer focused attitude and a team spirit.
