Job Description
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Process subcontractor payments on Xero
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Process expenses
  • Complete new credit application forms to be reviewed
  • Set up new subcontractors and customer on Xero
  • CIS returns
  • Monthly payroll
  • VAT submissions to HMRC
  • Credit control on occasion
  • Other ad-hoc duties when required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Xero accounts or similar system
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized and good time keeping skills
  • CIS knowledge would be an advantage
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Experience within a similar role
