Job Description
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • Responsible for the chasing debtors/Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Putting orders from salesforce to sage
  • Invoice queries
  • Prepare reports for analysis
  • Payment applications
  • Supporting Senior Accounts Team Members and Managers with any ad hoc duties
  • Accounts Administration
  • Liaison with Managers for queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience of working within a similar accounts role
  • AAT Qualified or working towards this qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sage 50 experience
  • Experience of using Salesforce a big advantage
  • Ability to work within a busy accounting role
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Team player who is able to work on their own initiative
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
