Job Description
  •  Process all supplier invoices and employee expenses.
  •  Process payments to suppliers.
  •  Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues.
  •  Issue invoices to clients.
  •  Manage collection of cash from clients.
  •  Allocate cash receipts against invoices.
  • Deal with invoicing queries from clients.



 


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  •  Accounting technician or broad experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  •  2+ years' experience of working as part of a finance team, preferably within a commercial services or logistics organization.
  •  IT literate, with experience of working with ERPs (the company uses Cargowise)  Excel.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized & structured work ethic.
  • Flexible, hands on, willing to be involved in all financial aspects of the business.
