Job Description
  • Process and approve invoices and maintain purchase ledger for overseas destinations and the specialist travel team
  • Responsible for reconciliation and postings to nominal ledger
  • Query invoices with managers and suppliers
  • Monitor, action and redirect emails as appropriate
  • Purchase ledger statements
  • Ad hoc posting of payments and allocation

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Purchase Ledger experience
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
  • Analytical approach to problem solving
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
  • AAT qualified preferred but not essential
  • Sage preferred but not essential
  • Excellent eye for detail and accuracy skills
