Job Description
  • Control of sales ledger on Sage 200, raising invoices, credit notes and statements
  •  Preparation of payroll using Sage 50 including the administration of expense claims, bonuses and overtime payments
  •  Liaison with the HR department for new starters, leavers and changes
  •  PAYE / NI monthly payment in conjunction with CIS payments from purchase ledger
  •  Bank reconciliation
  •  Preparation for management accounts
  • VAT returns
  • Liaison with our Finance company

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recognized accounting qualification such as AAT
  •  Excellent attention to detail & ability to take initiative
  • Team player, whilst able to priorities tasks and work independently
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  •  A good understanding of accounts & computer software such as Sage 200, Sage 50 and Microsoft office
  •  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
