Job Description
  • Complex reconciliations
  • Ensure bank receipts and payments are properly recorded and reconciled
  • Process client sales invoices and manage client invoice distribution
  • Manage aged debt and credit control
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Bank receipts, payments and direct debits
  • Allocate daily bank receipts
  • Payments runs and expenses
  • Credit card statements
  • Using Access Dimensions accounting system

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Recent relevant experience in an accounting role
  • Able to deal with a high volume environment
  • Quick learner
  • Strong excel
