Job Description
The role reports to the Global Sales CAO within the Markets CAO Organization and will partner very closely with the Markets Sales organization. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven ability to lead a team and work together with multiple stakeholders across Markets, Compliance, Finance, HR, O&T and Risk. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills that rely on influence and building effective partnerships to execute our business plans and controls in a systematic, measurable, and effective way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of risk and control professionals
- Chair/support governance forums in conjunction with Markets CAO organization
- Own development of Risk and Controls capabilities
- Drive various regulatory initiatives and support Sales CAO
- Coordinate regulatory reviews
- Assist in internal audit reviews, providing materials and address concerns arising from these reviews
- Ensure the business is run in compliance with all internal and regulatory standards
- Work with Sales to instill a strong culture of conduct and control
- Ensure the people strategy and organizational capabilities are aligned to business strategy
- Attracting, developing and retaining talent; Managing the headcount and hiring processes
- Drive internal mobility, diversity and inclusion priorities as well as location strategies
- Help manage the mid-year and YE end appraisal processes; compensation, graduate recruitment
- Oversee VOE (Voice of Employee) work streams in partnership with Human Resources
