Job Description

We are currently working with an exciting, rapidly scaling Technology company who are looking to add a senior member to their finance team. This role will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for the daily management of the finance function.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to come in and work closely with all levels of the organization, develop the existing finance function and further the internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the development, improvement and implementation of systems control policies and processes
• Provide and prepare timely monthly Financial statements with relevant financial analysis
• Manage the month and year end processes, ensuring true and proper information is presented, assisting auditors when necessary
• Partner with senior stakeholders to further the understanding of financial impacts, and identify risks and opportunities and communicate these
• Manage and lead the scaling of the finance team to meet the future and present needs of the fast-growing company
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process by keeping templates and financial models up to date to ensure accuracy and quality

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fully Qualified (ACA/ACCA) with relevant PQE
• Experience managing and growing the finance function
• Commercial thinker who takes an interest and responsibility for the growth of a rapid growth tech company
• High growth Tech company experience
• Experience of improving finance systems through implementation internally
• Experience use software (Sage/Xero/Netsuite) beneficial
