Job Description
  • Timely and accurate financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual) along with corresponding bank, inter-company and balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Timely invoice processing and payment of our vendors and employee expense reports.
  • Handle all A/P issues and all local government reporting associated with said processing
  • Timely and accurate payroll processing along with ensuring our time keeping and scheduling systems are complaint.
  • Work with HR on development and maintaining of payroll policies as local labor laws or corporate change.
  • Ensure timely billing; maintain account reconciled and ageing current.
  • Research discrepancies and resolve in timely manner.
  • Preparation of annual budgets and revised forecasts and provide variance explanations to Corporate and local management team when requested.
  • Work with our external accounting, tax and audit firms to ensure all company corporate filings deadlines are always met.
  • Identify and develop key staff within the finance organization.
  • Coordinate operations between departments.
  • Teach/coach and document employees who fail to meet standards to maintain a high quality workforce.
  • Present a professional image to employees, guests, clients, owners and investors.
  • Attend client functions and designated parties to provide support, ensure guest satisfaction and promote future business.
  • Build business/market share by thinking of new ways to promote company and by participating in local events to increase sales and profits.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with in the business and social community.
  • Spearhead annual philanthropic initiatives.
  • Work as a team, helping all employees to complete the required activities that ensure we blow away Guest expectations.
  • Maintain low staff turnover rate and high morale.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Financial management experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of local laws, taxes and licenses and common Finance and Accounting practices and procedures.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain satisfactory and effective relationships with all levels of management and staff members.
  • Must possess excellent skills of analysis for comprehension and problem solving.
  • Strong in use of accounting and payroll systems.
  • University degree in business, accounting, or finance.
