Job Description
We are delighted to be working exclusively with an investment management and advisory group about to launch a new REIT. The REIT will provide specialized supported housing, extra care and temporary and emergency housing. Our client will appoint external project managers and advisors to manage all developments from due diligence to practical completion and handover but are looking to appoint a Head of Project Management to oversee all external teams on behalf of the REIT.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered you will have a demonstrable track record in delivering residential schemes from cradle to grave. Development experience will include new build, conversion and fit out (Schemes are typically 6-15 one bedroom studios or flats to 60-100 unit extra care schemes). Ideally a degree in Construction Management or equivalent and professionally qualified.
